Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

Beauty & Personal Care Products

Due to hygiene and safety standards:

  • Beauty products must be unused

  • The original seal must be intact and unbroken

  • Packaging must be in original condition

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty or personal care products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken.

 

 

All Other Products

Non-beauty items may be returned for any reason within 30 days, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Refunds

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately.
