TIPS FOR USE
1/ With the shaving soap: Moisten the bristles of your shaving brush lightly with lukewarm water, then use moderate circular movements on the shaving soap in your bowl. Repeat the process until you obtain a firm, creamy lather. If you wish, you can put the lather in another bowl to facilitate application to the skin. The skin must be wet beforehand. Then, spread the foam in circular movements for 1 to 2 minutes to stimulate your skin, soften and straighten the hairs of your beard to facilitate your shaving.
2/ With the shaving cream: Place a dab of cream directly on the bristles of the shaving brush, slightly moistened with warm water, in your shaving bowl or simply on your cheeks, wet beforehand. Then use a circular motion for 1 to 2 minutes to spread the cream and create an emulsifying reaction. The foam obtained is less consistent than that of a beard soap but it is more moisturizing and provides an effective layer of protection to your skin.
MAINTENANCE
Preserve your shaving brush by removing all traces of cream or soap after each use. To do this, rinse it with warm water and then wring it out with your fingers. To remove any remaining moisture, rub it gently against a clean, dry towel. You can then store it on your stand, upside down.
