• the safety razor with open comb (crenellated) is for wet shavers with a rather hard and thick beard; 
• the safety razor with a closed comb for a more secure but still effective shave.

TIPS FOR USE

Preferably shave in the morning, just after showering and before breakfast: the hairs, which are essentially made up of Keratin, will be more supple and easier to cut, and the skin of your face less fragile.

To prepare your shaving foam, preferably use products known as "Preparation for shaving". They have a double objective: to increase the hydration of the hair by ridding it of its greasy layer (sebum) and to protect the skin from the aggression of the blade. Apply the foam to your wet face using circular movements to straighten the hair and effectively stimulate the skin.

Shave in the direction of the hair, limiting the number of passes of the blade to avoid irritation. If you wish to make a second pass, re-sweep your face and shave, this time in the opposite direction of the hair.

Rinse your face with cool water and apply an aftershave balm to soothe and rehydrate the skin. The day can begin!

MAINTENANCE

Replace your blade if it becomes worn. After shaving, always clean the razor with hot water to remove hair and other residues that have accumulated between the blades (shaving cream, soap, etc.) and thus prevent the growth of bacteria. When cleaned properly, the blade will retain its sharpness and effectiveness for longer, giving you real pleasure while shaving.
